Here at CRAVE, we like our contests like our books: evaluated by the best. When it came time to select an accounting firm to provide oversight for Fantasy CRAVEball, we immediately reached out to the powerhouse firm of Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Co. These fine folks are here to make sure that the information we use to determine weekly point totals is accurately based on sales figures from all Minnesota CRAVE locations, ensuring a level playing field for all Fantasy CRAVEball participants. Contest Description
Participants may not be able to tell a Running Back from a Full Back but when it comes to choosing between sweet or savory it is a touchdown every time. Diners have a chance to take their foodie prowess and cash in on culinary insight. Regular Season September
5-December 31
Each week participants have an opportunity to vote for that week�s
best seller in each of the five categories; beverage, appetizer,
entree, sushi and wild card.Points are accumulated and winners will
be announced weekly.
There will be three prizes awarded weekly by our sponsors. Prizes include month long memberships to Lifetime Fitness, CRAVE gift cards, plane tickets from Sun Country Airlines¹, flight upgrades from Sun Country², Spa packages from ReVamp Salon Spa and much more. Check your weekly contest email blast for a rundown of the weekly prizes.
Points will be awarded weekly and will accumulate throughout the contest. The top 100 point winners and anyone who won a weekly prize will receive entry into the playoffs at the end of the regular season for a chance to compete for:

Contest Dates:
Weekly Competition (Regular Season): September 5, 2011-December 25, 2011
Playoffs (Top 100 point scorers from the regular season and all prize winners from Regular Season): January 2, 2012-January 8, 2012
CRAVE Bowl: January 16, 2012-January 22, 2012
Who Can Enter:
Contest entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Contest available only to Minnesota residents, must provide proof of residency to redeem prizes. Only one contest entry/profile per person will be allowed. If anyone is found creating multiple profiles with the same or different email addresses all of their accounts will be removed and they will be ineligible to participate. There will be a strict verification process to claim all prizes, and if you have engaged in any practices that violate these rules you will be found ineligible to receive any prize.
CRAVE employees and family members of CRAVE employees are not eligible to participate
How To Enter:
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void if prohibited by law. Entries will be accepted Monday-Friday every week throughout the Regular Season. Teams must be selected by Midnight on Friday each week to be eligible.
Regular Season:
Each week, players will be given a pool of CRAVE menu items to choose from to create their team. Players will be allowed to choose (1) item from each of the following (5) categories: Beverages, Appetizers, Entrees, Sushi, and Wild Card. Each category will have (4) items to choose from.
Points will be awarded to players based on the number of items
sold, not by revenue generated, by each individual item on their
team.
--> Example: 10 items sold at $10.95 each, will beat 9 items
sold at $12.95 each.
Point Breakdown:
- Top Selling Item = 10 Points
- 2nd = 6 points
- 3rd = 3 points
- 4th = 1 point
Tie-Breaker:
In the event of a tie in the weekly contests, prize will be awarded
to whichever player has the most cumulative contest points to date.
In the event of a tie in Week 1, the top three winners will be
chosen at random.
Playoffs:
Playoff qualification will be determined based on accumulated points during the regular season. The 100 players with the most cumulative contest points at the end of the season, and anyone who won a Top 3 prize during the Regular Season, will qualify for a 1-week playoff with the top ten point scorers going on to compete for the Grand Prizes. Players will pick (1) Team for the 1-Week Playoff. Teams will again consist of (5) items, (1) from each category, but will not be selected every week. Points will only be awarded to the 3 top selling items.
Point Breakdown:
- Top Selling Item = 10 Points
- 2nd = 5 points
- 3rd = 1 points
Tie-Breaker:
In the event of a tie in the weekly contests, prize will be awarded
to whichever player has the most cumulative contest points to date.
In the event of a tie in Week 1, the top three winners will be
chosen at random.
CRAVEball Championship:
At the conclusion of the playoffs, the 10 players with the most points accumulated during the Playoffs will advance to the CRAVEball Championship. Players will pick one final team, again consisting of (5) items, (1) from each category, for the week long CRAVEball Championship. In the event of a tie, prizes will be awarded based on total number of cumulative contest points.
Elimination:
Any contestant found to be circumventing contest rules, violating sponsor copyrights, submitting entries from multiple email addresses, or generally being a poor sport will be subject to elimination at any time. Furthermore, providing false or misleading information with your entry will be subject to elimination. The contest sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any entry that it believes infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, or violates U.S. applicable state or local laws.
Winner Selection:
Weekly Winners: Will be determined based on the number of points accumulated by their team during each individual week of the regular season. Points are determined by QUANTITIES of each item sold, not by REVENUE generated. Points from each week are accumulated throughout the season to determine PLAYOFF Qualification, but do not carry over week to week.
Grand Prize Winners: Will be determined based on the number of points accumulated during the CRAVEball Championship Round. Points are determined by QUANTITIES of each item sold, not by REVENUE generated, in the week of January 16, 2012-January 22, 2012. Winners are responsible for all applicable tax & license fees.
Binding Agreement:
To enter the contest, you must agree to these Official Rules. Therefore, please read the rules thoroughly prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the contest constitutes agreement to these rules. You may not submit an entry to the contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in the official rules, unless you agree to the official rules. These official rules form a binding legal agreement between you and the contest sponsors with respect to the contest.
*2 year lease, 10,000 miles per year. Tax and license must be paid up front by winner. Winner must qualify for two year lease and have full insurance coverage under Minnesota Law. In the case that winner does not qualify or adhere to the aforementioned, Sponsors will provide a $7,500 cash buy-out of the prize vehicle.
¹Fantasy Craveball Promotion winners will receive two roundtrip tickets on Sun Country Airlines to anywhere in the Contiguous U.S. (excluding Anchorage). Additional taxes and fees apply - including the Federal segment tax of $3.70 per U. S. Domestic flight segment, defined as one take-off and landing; up to $18 per roundtrip local airport passenger facility charges and September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per U. S. Enplanement, up to $5 per one way or $10 per roundtrip are extra. Trip must be taken one year from date of issue. Blackout dates apply. Travel is based on availability. Schedules are subject to change. Travel certificates are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. Travel certificates are not valid with any other promotions or for Sun Country Vacations packages. Certificates holders are responsible for all additional fees and services such as, but not limited to, bag and seat fees, car rentals or transfers and accommodations.
²Fantasy Craveball Promotion wnners will receive 2 First Class Upgrade certificate valid for a round-trip first class upgrade on Sun Country Airlines flights. Valid for flights within the contiguous 48 states only. Limited seats available for complimentary upgrades; space may not be available on all flights. The certificate expires one year from date of issue (no exceptions will be made). No black-out dates apply. Upgrade certificate valid for one-time use only (can not be used on two one-way flights, only with paired round trips). Upgrade certificate is transferable. Rules of the fare type govern what rules and restrictions apply.
